"Delightful family run hotel, excellent breakfasts and varied dinners. The location was perfect for the bus to the ski lift and you can ski right down to the hotel door. Good sized room with balcony and the staff were very helpful and always on hand. We enjoyed a great week here and were blessed with excellent ski weather."

"Great accomodation - very spacious and clean. Superb views. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurant was excellent. We had a really great stay despite dodgy weather and bike issues - the owner even lent us his garage to work on fixing the problem."

"An idyllic setting, the most beautiful scenery I have witnessed in 4 decades of my life. Friendly and accommodating service, in the restaurant and at reception.. Hotel Edi holds a special place in my wife's heart and Tobias and his family couldn't have made her and myself more welcome after a three decade absence, Both the hotel and the experience lived up to and exceeded expectations for both us. I have little doubt we will return once we've saved the money."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The location is great, just a short walk from the Medran gondola, making our mornings incredibly easy. The hotel itself is full of charm, and the staff provided fantastic, personal service that made us feel right at home. I liked my room a lot—it has been beautifully renovated with a tasteful chalet style that feels both modern and cozy. While breakfast is simple, it was very high quality and a great start to the day. I also highly recommend the hotel restaurant for dinner; they serve delicious Swiss specialties in a great atmosphere. Altogether, a very nice stay"

Piezas con todo lo necesario, camas muy cómodas un hotel realmente bueno El día que no tuvimos que ir, no dieron un box para desayunar, un detalle importante. Además todo estaba delicioso Si bien nuestra habitación era con baño compartido todo estaba muy limpio, realmente nunca se notó. volveremos sin duda"

"Muy buena ubicación , a 150 metro del lago y 15 minutos caminando de la catedrsl. Zona tranquila aunque hay obras frente al hotel y empiezan a picar con el martillo a las 8 de la mañana. Pero entiendo que es algo temporal y el hotel no tiene culpa. Personal amable y buenas instalaciones."

"un hotel para repetir, muy buena ubicación, muy cerca del centro como a unos 5 minutos caminando y a diez minutos en coche para ver las Rheinfall. La habitación amplia, estilo antiguo pero muy bien conservado y con mucho encanto. Nos encontramos con botellas de agua y fruta de cortesía a la llegada, y también un set en el baño de gel, champú y acondicionador. El desayuno fue increíble recomiendo cogerlo si o si. El personal muy amable y servicial. Además cuentan con parking lo que lo hace super cómodo."

Spotlessly clean. Very nice host who communicated efficiently and pleasantly with us both before our arrival (via Booking.com messaging) and during our stay. Good location not too far from the Coop for grocery shopping. Fantastic view of the Lauterbrunnen valley from front the garden."
