"Las vistas son increíbles, la habitación espaciosa y muy tranquilo por las noches."
"No tenían más que una silla en la habitación y se hacía incómodo estar allí sentado en la cama constantemente. Además, la habitación no tenía televisor. El desayuno era muy caro (20 francos por persona) y los cargos por alojarse con un perro dos noches abusivos (más de 50 euros). El aparcamiento que prometen no existía, solo había un sitio en la calle reservado para todo el hotel que, como te movieras de allí, no aparcabas más. La ducha era muy incómoda, estrecha y con poca presión. Esperaba más de este lugar, no volvería"

"Because of the heat outside, our room was very hot at night and the provided ventilator did not help much. Also, upon check-out, we were billed double for the room which had been pre-paid. While that can happen, it took the only available staff to serve breakfast and man the reception very long to figure out the invoicing & reimbursement. These things happen and it was resolved, but clearly many smaller hotels suffer from understaffing."

"Hotel is located right on Lake Geneva and the walking paths along the lake. Room had an excellent view over the lake. Beds were so very comfortable, best beds of our whole trip. Had a nice dinner in the restaurant."
"Very difficult to park. No spaces when we arrived so just had to wait for one to come available. We didn't stay for breakfast because it was so expensive. Latch on window shutter was broken so the wind made the shutter close and open making a squealing noise in the night."
