"They demanded $200 cash plus $20 per dog cash to stay there. They never had a room available. Safety was not good. They opened an occupied room and let us in said that is where we were staying."

"Cleanliness of the room. I read the reviews and knew it wasn't going to be great. It took me 45 min with my own cleaning supplies to bring the mirrors, windows, air-conditioner and bathtub and tile surround up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness. The entrance door and bathroom door also needed to be washed down from all of the grubby hand prints. The sheets were mostly clean and the floor was clean. Unfortunately 126 also has an ant problem. There were no ant traps anywhere so we were wiping them up with damp toilet paper and flushing them. Some physical building repairs are needed as well. Broken concrete at the building entrance and weeds growing in the upstairs hallway. Drywall stored in the egress area upstairs along with cleaning supplies and children's play things. It would only take a few minutes to properly house the cleaning supplies in the cleaning closest and throw out the toys."

"The staff at the reception said no room available on the arrival even though I had confirmed booking 3 weeks in advance and paid online in advance too. I think he gave away rooms to someone else for a higher price and told us they do not have room or maintenance going on. Not helping to find the new place to stay. After 8 hours of drive if someone says no place to stay for you it is ridiculous. Did not talk about a refund or anything to resolve the issue."

"DIRTY!! This room had obviously never been cleaned despite us making the reservation in advance. The washroom, room, beds, floors and mirrors were all visibly dirty. There were spider webs all over the room that hadn’t been touched in forever. Under the bed was covered in empty beer cans and containers of sticky food. The fridge was visibly disgusting. Upon opening the broken drawers that were practically stuck together, we found handfuls of used cigarettes. The AC did not work at all. The remote didn’t work either, as it contained dead batteries. The faucet handle on the sink was also broken, meaning you had to physically screw it back on every time you wanted the water to be a different temperature. We were supplied with only one towel in the bathroom for a room of three people- one small face towel, at that. There was dead flies littering every surface. The shower had mold growing everywhere. The floor was so dirty we didn’t take our shoes off. There was a broken standing lamp in the corner that wobbled and threatened to fall every time someone took a step in the room. Stained mattresses. We checked for bedbugs but honestly I am surprised we didn’t spot any. Genuinely was the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. I’d like to note that all the reviews for the hotel are amazing, and the consistent timeline between all of the post makes it appear as if the hotel clearly has someone making them up."
