Colonial Motel

"Spacious room with very comfortable beds. Fridge, microwave, little table and two chairs were convenient to have. Very clean room and bathroom. Vinyl flooring so no smelly carpet. For fresh air you can open the window backing up to the farm fields. You can drive 25 min to Rondeau Provincial Park and Greenview Zoo in Morpeth. Also it is 1h drive to Point Pelee National Park."

"I know it is standard to have one luggage rack but I wish there two racks provided so one of us wouldn't have to keep our bags on the floor. Or perhaps little Ikea side table ($15 only) to keep bag off the floor would greatly help."

"Although the motel is older everything we needed worked fine and the unit was clean. The owners were extremely pleasant to deal with and accommodating. Would definitely be my first choice when back in Chatham, and financially it was an fantastic deal."

"The motel was located in a very quiet area. There was actually a field behind the motel. We appreciated being away from the main flow of busy traffic. The motel was very clean. It is very basic, but a great price, very friendly staff and clean and comfortable."
