"Prostorné, plné vybavení, pitná voda z kohoutku, dobrá komunikace, krásný bazén (v noci osvětlený), úžasný klid. Cítili jsme se tam jako doma."

"Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Pool und quasi Privatstrand. Sehr schöne Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit eigenen Bad. Schön möblierter Balkon und Poolbereich, jedoch nur für Max. 4 Personen. Zwei Kajaks mit denen man fahren kann, wir haben sogar Manatees gesehen."

"Das Hauptschlafzimmer im Obergeschoss bleibt trotz Klimaanlage recht warm. Der zweite Sonnenschirm am Pool war defekt, wir waren nur zu zweit und haben uns eben nebeneinander gelegt. Der Straßenlärm tagsüber ist nicht zu unterschätzen, ist aber nichts spezielles bei diesem Haus sondern vermutlich überall so. Insgesamt würde eine Bepflanzung des Grundstücks es gemütlicher machen und man wäre am Pool nicht so einsehbar. (Anregung, keine Kritik)"

"We really enjoyed the space and layout of the whole house. We enjoyed our time there very much. The pool was awesome and even relaxing on one of the many balconies."

"The only thing I could think of that could have been better, and yet it is not the end of the world, is to have the house in a more comfortable setting before we got there, including AC on before the guests come into the house would have made a great first impression."

"Wonderful location with a spacious patio offering ocean view. The condo is roomy, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. The landscaping is meticulously maintained, adding to the charm. We loved having easy access to both the ocean and the pool, as well as being just a 5-minute walk from excellent restaurants like Dolce Vita, Turtle, and Mariposa. The property is conveniently located—only a 5-minute golf cart ride to Placencia and 15 minutes to Maya Beach. The serene atmosphere was a delight, providing a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. The WiFi and air conditioning worked well making our stay comfortable. This is definitely a destination we’d return to!"

"It's in a great new build location called Mahogany Bay. Everything is close by golf cart and it felt safe and secure. This house was clean, modern and comfortable. The real honorable mention is the service of the property manager though! They made recommendations for activities, and even facilitated the delivery and pickup of a rental golf cart. They definitely went the extra mile!"
