"The location is absolutely perfect - right in the pedestrian area, in the center of the city, yet quiet and comfortable. The hotel is small and boutique-style, with a very warm and personal approach to each guest. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome from the first moment. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was rich, fresh, and delicious, clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations."
