"Good location near the main street with bus stop and supermarkets and restaurants. Room is clean and bathroom is newly renovated. Although the room is next to a main street there was no traffic noise. Great with parking included and breakfast included. Good with some cookies and dried wasa bread and coffee is available all day."

The wardrobe in the room was broken, the door cannot be opened. A towel for the floor in the bathroom was missing. The breakfast is a simple business breakfast and not a holiday breakfast buffet. Stairs to come to your room. So if you have luggage it is a bit trouble.

Dormimos dos noches y no había servicio de limpieza en las habitaciones. La ubicación en Google mapa es incorrecta, nos costó encontrar el hotel.

"Habitación muy grande, con buena climatización, ventilador de techo y lateral lo que permite todas las opciones. Cama muy grande. Baño limpio. Personal agradable y desayuno correcto. Ubicación perfecta para personas con vehículo."

Check-in complejo puesto que no estaba la dueña y no pude comunicarme por mensajería de booking pero finalmente contestó su madre al teléfono. Ubicación alejada de Beauvallon y sin servicios a proximidad con la excepción de una playa muy tranquila. La proximidad de la carretera puede resultar ruidosa para algunas habitaciones.

I got a room in rhe endcof the corridor very few guests so the hot water didn't come before I stopped showering. But no big deal.

The property was great and Saritas daily fresh bread made breakfast delicious . Sadly Sharron only arrived at the end of our stay she was a mine of local knowledge and would have been great to tap into

"Es un sitio ideal si quieres desconectar, Las vistas son maravillosas, La habitación está súper limpia y las camas son muy cómodas . Lo mejor de todo fue el trato de Jeny . Ella es muy amable y nos preparó un desayuno maravilloso ."

Bueno ,quizás por poner un pero, si es una estancia para varios días , estaría bien añadir , televisión y una mesa en la habitación. Pero vaya fue genial.

"La habitación era amplia, con una cama muy cómoda y las instalaciones estaban muy bien y limpias. El desayuno estaba muy bien y completo. Los chicos y chicas trabajadores eran amables y atentos."

El agua en el baño era escasa. Los precios de las cenas eran excesivos. El trato por parte de la responsable no fue del todo agradable pese a ser un grupo grande que le estaba aportando un gran beneficio económico y promocional.

Shared kitchen, laundry and lounge were ideal, well equipped kitchen with double dishwasher and large fridge capacity. It ran very smoothly but entirely without seeing staff. Wanaka was wonderful and Springs Lodge lived up to its location"

Not much! Second drawer of dishwasher, handle was broken Sitting areas for each room open onto shared area, so some might feel a lack of privacy, and each one has 2 chairs and a table, but only one cushion (ok not a problem but a bit odd).

Staff is welcoming and attentive. Breakfast is served on the terrace – fresh fruit, coffee and cakes baked in-house. My rooms was comfortable and impeccably clean. Wi-fi connection is very reliable, which is great for me as I need it for work."

"El hotel al ser una isla muy pequeña está obviamente bien situado. Las instalaciones están perfectas, la cama era muy cómoda, y además, tenían tanto aire acondicionado como ventilador en el techo. Por otra parte, Ryshwarn y Shamid, que son los chicos que están ahí en el hotel, son súper amables y atentos. Estaban pendientes en todo momento de que todo estuviera perfecto, y también te ayudan a encontrar excursiones y escuelas de buceo, o lo que necesites."

El desayuno es repetitivo, podría haber una tostadora de pan, algo de bollería típica o algo así, pero para tomar un café, té y algo más, no está mal.

"Warm and cozy for the winter. New building, electric keylocs. Cozy bed with clean sheets and towels. My room also featured a hairdryer, although it isn’t mentiones in the amenities."

There were a lot of roaches in the bathroom, quite impressive to still find these in December. I was provided with the access codes 2 hours after the check-in time, although i tries reaching out to them several times (booking, call and text message). They finally replied with the codes only about 20 mins before I got to the place.

"Great location in a quiet street very close to the airport. Airport pick up and drop off very easy. Comfortable spacious room with excellent shower. Spotlessly clean and good aircon. Very nice outdoor swimming pool and whole place in a gated secure compound. Basic continental breakfast that you help yourself to in the communal kitchen. Owners are lovely and very helpful. Recommended!"
