"The hotel restaurant seemed a bit inexperienced and under staffed. Although the lady who seemed to be the supervisor did definitely her best. Maybe some little extras could make the experience better, like having the tables already foreseen with cups and cutlery for breakfast rather than self service."

"Missed small things like a safe in the room, shampoo and hand cream, which are standard in decent 4 star hotels. The atmosphere in the hotel was too quite - probably due to layout of reception and lack of interaction of guests. Room cleaning team replaced towels after 1 night even though we did not put the towels on the floor or asked for them to be replaced - therefore not environmentally friendly. Did not leave large towels so had to call for another towel."
