"Aun no entiendo como este lugar puede tener tan baja puntuación. El lugar es increíbles, es super comodo, una habitación amplia con su baño, todo muy limpio, muy ordenado, vale absolutamente la pena por el precio. Hay que destacar también la ubicación, justo entre medio del centro y de la Estación Nord. Tanto a la estación como al centro se puede ir caminando y ambas están aproximadamente a 6-7 minutos caminando. Lugar totalmente recomendable. 11/10"

It’s true that there is no lift and the stairs are not comfortable for carrying luggage, but the receptionist helped me with my bag and was super kind the whole time, always willing to help. The room was generally clean, but the toilet was a little bit clogged with paper, which I cleaned myself. The water in the shower was not very hot, more warm, but that depends on personal preference. Other than this, there were no other issues."

The shower is inconvenient, especially for women, the sink is very small, power outlets could be more accessible, the desk would serve its purpose better without the fridge on it, and the bed is rather narrow. Also, for this price it would be nice to consider offering breakfast. These are all details that are not difficult to improve, and the overall guest experience would be much more pleasant."

"The position is the best since it’s near the metro and the city center of Brussels, the staff is really polite and always ready to help; the room has a big TV but we never used it, the bathroom is small but really functional and they always ask if you want them to clean your room, the bed is really comfortable and the room is always warm"
