"Easy to access. Clean room. Excellent communication with staff. Location close to food, shopping, museum and the beach. Would book again 👍"

"No fresh toiletries. Incase you have an early start/business hours, know that breakfast is served late, therefore best to purchase breakfast from a cafe/bakery in the neighbourhood."

"Apartment is great, really well furnished and equipped. It's also really spacious so easily accommodated 3 of us. Breakfast was nice, plenty to choose from. Location is ideal, right in the centre of time with plenty of bars and restaurants. Owners really friendly."

"Finding parking can be a challenge. No negatives about the hotel itself."

"Communication with owner works perfect , everything was excellent organised and explained (reception doesn't work, at the moment, under reconstruction I think 🤔). Hygiene is for 10, for me it is the most important. We spent just one night during fantastic sunny weekend. In the room is everything clean, new and comfortable. Location is perfect, 1 min from main square, with many stores and shopping streets, 3 minutes from the beach ! Surrounded with many restaurants and snack bars."

"Something was strange with shower and hot and cold water! We managed it for one night, but you really have to take care, it's not possible to regulate stability in water temperature if you take shower."

"The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel's position was slap bang in the centre of Ostend, about a 10 minutes walk from the station. I would recommend it to anyone other than if you have difficulty with steps."

"The check in was automatic, putting in numbers on a keypad, then collecting a key from a key safe. I would prefer to meet someone. Also there are 4-5 steps from the entry up to the lift which could be a problem for people with mobility problems. The lift was small but worked well as long as you keep to the instructions."

"Very friendly and kind owner; easy check-in; not too loud during the night"

"A door between the bathroom and the room might be a good idea"

"its clean and very near to the centrum of oostende and shoppingg mall and kursal oostende"

"its low season so no restaurant but i understand for economic reasons.."

"very kind and attentious staff, they take care for their guests and remember even little details like how they drink their coffee and inform very good about this beautiful place called Oostend."

"Good and central location close to beach, restaurants and shops. Helpful owner. Comfortable rooms. Clear and easy going communication and booking."

"Bathroom was quite small."
