Hotel PALACE

"El hotel en si está bien, pero el personal no habla inglés, solo un chico que estaba el domingo tarde lo hablaba. El resto nada. Había un señor que hablaba bosnio y alemán, pero hacía el esfuerzo de entender. Mientras estás en el hotel tienes que dejar el pasaporte o si lo necesitas tienes que dejar un depósito de 100€, deben tener miedo a que te fugues sin pagar…. La llave de la habitación no funcionaba y me dieron una llave maestra (tarjeta) que podría abrir todo……."

"El tamaño del lavabo, pequeño. Estuvimos dos noches y no limpiaron la habitación, tuvimos que pedir toallas limpias ya que las necesitamos. El desayuno es inexistente, tienen una carta de desayunos bosnios y nada más. Alguna tortilla pero con 10 ingredientes….. pediré una compensación por ello ya que el segundo día no pudimos desayunar. El personal de la mañana del lunes no hablaba inglés en absoluto, entendernos fué una tarea especial."

"Our bedroom was clean and modern, but I would like to have a kettle for making tea or coffee in the room. The bathroom layout required hanging towels in front of the toilet. The front desk staff members are very kind and professional."

"The online listing for this hotel was very misleading because it showed a rooftop pool. My confirmation also said that I had booked a triple room with use of a rooftop pool. It was not until we checked in that we were told there is no pool because it is under construction. This hotel is high priced by Bosnian standards but I was willing to pay a little more for the pool, which didn't exist. I contacted Trip Advisor to remove the misleading photos but some of them are still online. Booking.com customer service also contacted the hotel to request a partial refund but I have not heard back."
