"El apartamento tiene un clima muy agradable y una ubicación cerca de todo en la entrada a oldtown. Excepcional. Está muy equipado y al ser tan hermético no se siente frío en absoluto en pleno invierno. No le faltaba nada."

Me sorprendio que haciendo la reserva para dos personas solo incluyera desayuno para uno y si el otro queria tenia que pagarlo. Nunca habia vivido una situacion igual

"Gorgeous view of Treichville. Thoughtful renovations, like a luxury hotel. The kitchenette was adequate and I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. Hot showers and air conditioning. Great location in the centre of Plateau but note that the neighbourhood is deserted after sunset and on weekends. Still, I felt safe because of the security guards around important buildings."

Only one functioning elevator. Location and elevator can be difficult to find. Check-in instructions could be more descriptive. There are no signs for the apartment suites on the ground floor. The elevator is on the right passage as you walk inside the building. The reception is on the 14th floor.

El baño muy reducido, pero compensaba el resto del apartamento.

"Milady es una persona encantadora, muy disponible. Nos habló de la isla y de los mejores lugares para visitarla. También nos prestó 4 máscaras para snorkel. Nos llevó al centro en su cuatriciclo y estuvo atenta a todo lo que necesitábamos. El alojamiento es muy hermoso si te gusta estar en medio de la naturaleza y con poco ruido. Lleno de pájaros y plantas. Rústico pero muy cómodo y agradable. Estaba limpio y había agua caliente. Caminando podés llegar en 15' al centro y 30' a la playa pública. Nos encantó la ubicación porque está alejada de la calle principal que es muy ruidosa"

Not much to o dislike. He could perhaps look improving the lawn in the garden

From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

La piscina podía estar un poco más limpia. Además el entretenimiento para los niños me pareció un poco escaso comparado con otros años

"Todo. La cabaña era una chiflada y las vistas espectaculares. La cama muy muy cómoda y el baño perfecto. Todo genial."

Si no fuese por el acceso, le habría puesto un 10. La carretera de acceso, en cuesta y estrecha era un poco complicada.

"Amabilidad de los propietarios. Wifi excelente. Apartamento muy tranquilo. Estuvimos en el último piso, con balcón y vistas preciosas. La zona de juegos es ideal si vas con niños."

No está asociado a la oficina de turismo del pueblo, por lo que no te puedes beneficiar de los descuentos que ofrece la tarjeta de turismo, como por ejemplo los parking gratis ( la tarifa normal es de 3€ / hora)

Las Almohadas muy incómodas para dormir muy duras deberían de cambiarlas En la cocina tener más accesorios como batidor de mano, cuchillo bueno de cortar, Sartén bueno

"L'accueil chaleureux, la piscine et le logement bien agencé. globalement c'était très bien."

Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.

"We loved the view from our eco friendly and very well appointed self contained place - we could see the sea and were surrounded by trees, flowering plants and birds. We liked being a short walk downhill to the village of Castara with grocery shops, places to eat local food and entertainment. Bars on the beach were very friendly. We loved getting a boat to nearby coves and snorkelling. Paradise for us!"

The fairly stiff walk back from the village is fine as long as you don't rush. The Castara Retreats Restaurant serves lovely fresh fish caught locally but wine as you might expect is eye wateringly expensive. Try Stag beer instead and even that is twice as expensive as in the village.

lamentablemente las ventanas no son a prueba de ruido por lo que se escuchaba a los trabajadores toda la mañana pero la vista maravillosa lo arreglo todo.

"Borel is exception in my opinion, i have visited the property two times and enjoyed my stay each time. The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.

"The host and hostess were very kind and helped us check in almost close to midnight. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were simple and clean."

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.

"Staying at Shangri-la gave us experience in the homey environment. Staffs were very helpful and kind. We put this place as the first choice if we go back to Yangon again. Thank for fulfilling our fond memories."

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

"They gave us everything we asked for. We needed a small workspace which they didn't have and they provided one in no time."

Internet in all of Egypt is not up there yet

"La villa súper cómoda y espaciosa con todos los utencilios de cocina que necesitas, la piscina súper limpia y la vista al mar súper hermosa. Las áreas limpias y cuidadas. Bulsa, Elsa y Elbert fueron sumamente atentos con nosotros. Extendimos una noche más de tanto que nos gustó el lugar y el trato. Tambien tienen varios restaurantes y supermercados cuando sales de la habitación que puedes ir caminando. Tienen variedad de tours que tambien te ofrecen."

"El hombre se mostró super atento a nosotros. Muy detallista y nos cuidó mucho. Fue un placer quedarnos en su alojamiento. Nos hizo la estancia muy fácil. Recomiendo además cenar con él en el restaurante de abajo. Tiene variedad y el trato es inmejorable. ¡Hasta la próxima y gracias!"

"La ubicación en el campo pero a poco andando de la carretera donde tomas el transporte, vas al supermercado o a la playa. Hacía tiempo que no veía tantos gallos, gallinas, etc… en libertad. Es lo que oyes por la mañana."

La lavadora estaba fuera del apartamento en un cuarto minúsculo. Cuando llegas y sales tienes que andar un poco bajo el sol, con calor y demás, a no ser que tengas coche.
