The only downside was the lack of basic hygiene items like towels and soap. Overall, a great place to stay!

"Borel is exception in my opinion, i have visited the property two times and enjoyed my stay each time. The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.

"Estaba super acondicionado en todos los aspectos y un apartamento amplio y cómodo así como su increíble terraza, tenían la refrigeradora ya lista así que fue más rápido para las cosas que se congelaran, el sonido está aislado, hay 2 duchas una de ella tiene agua caliente, no hay zancudos y mucho menos ratones. la mejor experiencia y volveré en mi próxima visita a Granada🤙🇳🇮🌴😎"

El AC no llega tanto al cuarto pero con el tiempo se nivela así que no problema

"Excellent no complains great value for the price the nightly rates do not do justice to te quality clean spacious room full size kitchen and bathroom. If you are traveling on a budget I highly recommend this place. I'll be staying there next time. Very quiet also. AC also available and good quality WIFI."

Las indicaciones para llegar al apartamento no son muy claras. La mejor referencia para llegar es seguir las indicaciones para llegar al restaurante Gusto Italia. El apartamento está justo al lado.

Pude organizar muy bien mi viaje gracias a toda la información que me dieron. Habitación es grande y cómoda, Wifi funciona perfecto y el desayuno es realmente rico y muy variado, con varias opciones locales y también internacionales."

"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

Ανυπόφορος θόρυβος τη νύχτα, εξαιτίας νεανικού club που λειτουργεί από κάτω. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ισχυρή ηχομόνωση για περιορισμό του προβλήματος.

"My family had a wonderful experience. The check in process was easy. It's important to inform the staff about time of arrival. Also I texted and emailed before hand and the staff were responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

"Comfortable and very clean cottage, set in beautiful tropical gardens in a very quiet location around 5 minutes from downtown. Easy to hire a car at a reasonable rate from the hosts. Great pick up and drop off. Very nice pool."

The bathroom is tiny and the shower fitting is loose with limited water flow. But these things did not detract from a great stay.

"La ubicación es excelente en un área tranquila, con restaurantes, mercados, pubs, etc. Además se encuentra a 300 m del terminal de Bugibba, que te permite llegar fácilmente a distintos puntos de la isla. Los utensilios de cocina te permite preparar un desayuno simple, nada sofisticado."

Nada negativo en particular, lo único que destacaría era problemas con el herraje del WC, que en algunas ocasiones no bajaba bien la descarga del tanque por medio de la palanca.

Walking around the neighborhood because too many dogs. Though most were chained but their threatening bucks and sometimes meeting unchained ones scared me off. I don’t like dogs!

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."
