The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."

The only minus to me were the Russians that stayed there as they cannot behave civilized. It was pleasant to stay at the hotel with Europeans.

"La calle donde estaba el apartamento estaba muy ambientada por la noche y hacian actuaciones de musica tradicional chipriota en los restaurantes. Cuando llegamos, al no estar lista la habitación en horario de check in, nos invitaron a unas bebidaa en el bar Lithos, tambien de su propiedad y solo tardaron 10 minutos en darnos la llave."

Como todo en Chipre, tiene muchos andamios, bolsas y restos de obras por los aledaños de las zonas comunes y la calle

"La ubicación es perfecta para nadar con Corales y ver muchos peses sin salir del hotel. Cercano está Blue Lagoon y Eton Beach. Use transporte público para llegar desde el aeropuerto y fue una hora pero costó 15.000 VUV. Mantenga el efectivo exacto y definir precio antes de montarse al bus (minivan con la letra B en la placa)."

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

"Great location. Just few minutes away walking to the beach and good restaurants. The apartment is clean, tidy and more spacious than seen in the pictures. There was storm Benjamin when we were there! Hence we couldn't go far. But it was my husband's birthday, so we wouldn't just stay inside. So I booked the Noordzee restaurant just literally across the apartment. (6-7m away), and we had a fantastic dinner! Joost & Nicolette are good hosts and responsive"

The bed is a bit too soft to our liking. And thankfully we're at the 1st floor so we didn't need to climb the steep stairs too much.

La papelera del baño estaba sucia (imagino que de los huéspedes anteriores) y no es muy agradable usarla y encontrar restos de otros inquilinos.

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.

The only negative for me was the shower was a little small.

More kitchen stuff would be great and a more cleaner bathroom.
