"La ubicación y el apartamento en general estan excelentes, lo único esque si son 4 personas 2 deben axostarse en sofás camas pequeños, pero para una noche esta bien."

"Great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful, especially since I was the only guest in the hotel during the low season. The room was at an excellent rate and was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff got me a kettle when I asked and I slept well."

Construction works are going on in the area and at the hotel in winter. Theh hamman, spa and bar and restaurant are all closed in winter too - all understandable and no huge deal and there's plenty in the area open all the time.

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

Apartamento muy bonito y en buenas condiciones con balcón y vista al mar. Las ventanas y puertas cuentan con mallas para los mosquitos. Presión de agua en ña ducha muy buena y el agua caliente funcionaba muy bien. Aunque los fines de semanas por las noches hay mucho movimiento, al estar insonorizado el apartamento se puede descansar bien. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho la estancia. Si se quiere varias, hay suficientes restaurantes y supermercados en las cercanías. Todos los electrodomésticos del apartamento: tele, nevera, horno, lavadora funcionaban muy bien. Sin duda volveremos :). muchas gracias"

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

Fue solo cuando llegamos que el área de la cocina y sala olían como se alguien recién hubiera cocinado o freido algo... Fuera de ahí todo lo demás estuvo excelente, luego al día siguiente el olor no estaba.

La política del hotel de querer cobrarte por guardar el equipaje o por llamar a un taxi y que el checkout sea a las 10 de la mañana. Aunque he de decir que finalmente no me cobraron el equipaje porque era pequeño

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

The beds and pillows were too soft for our liking.

"Large rooms, pristine condition. Well appointed with good facilities. Common area also superb, with cooking facilities, dining area, living room and TV. Two shower/toilet rooms shared between 4 rooms. Impeccably clean. Free wi-fi. 2x supermarkets and a fast-food place are within walking distance, closing around 22:00."

The location isn't really within walking distance of Nuuk centre, but buses and taxis are available. Not much to see and do in immediate area.

Las conexiones son excelentes, LUAS(tranvia) a escasos minutos, parada de autobus igual de cercana para el centro y un autobus (700) directo al sitio del alojamiento desde el aeropuerto."

"Buena ubicación, en una calle tranquila, a unos 15 minutos de la Plaza Macedonia y de la estación principal de tren y autobuses. Personal amable. Habitación amplia, con cama cómoda, escritorio, minibar, calentador para café e infusiones y buena wi-fi. Baño renovado. Desayuno muy bueno y variado."

La TV no tiene demasiados canales internacionales.
