"The breakfast was good, but I missed the tea. I can't drink coffee because of hypertension so Tea is my alternative in the morning as a hot drink to wake up. The location is good near the airport is an important thing for me as I was traveling for work."

I enjoyed the proficiency of the staff at checkin and in catering to my needs when I was there - both in terms of competency in dealing with my requests, and the ability to engage with me in English, despite the predominant language in Luanda being Portuguese."

"I found the service in the restaurant to be below expectations. They were not too attentive to the needs of what I was ordering - no steak knife with my steak, fetching still as opposed to sparkling water. I do believe this was mostly due to either training or a language barrier. However, the food was great and the value for money was there."
