"Спасибо хозяину, Александру, за погружение в армянскую культуру, за человеческое отношение, внимательность: встретил и искал меня в округе в 5 часов утра (мой рейс задержали), когда таксист привез немного не туда, угощал фруктами, вел интересные и участливые беседы. Номер большой, расположение хорошее, возле рынка ГУМ, вернисажа, площади Республики, кольцевого парка и недалеко от центра. Осталось достаточно хорошее и приятное впечталение от хозяина отеля."
"В номере было немного пыльно, чистота скатерти на столе также оставляла желать лучшего, но мне было лень говорить об этом хозяину, а когда он узнал, постарался тут же исправить. Фото на сайте не совсем соответствуют действительности, они сделаны, видимо, давно и среди фото комнаты находятся фото гостинной, фото ванной/туалета отсутствуют. Плохое (нестабильное) интернет соединение, но вроде как его качество от хозяевов не зависит."

"Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und das Zimmer sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Stadtzentrum ist direkt in der Nähe, zum Vernissage Markt sind es keine 10 Minuten, zum Platz der Republik etwa 10-15. Aleksander ist ein toller Gastgeber, der gern auch mal Wein zum Frühstück serviert. Sehr lieb und hilfsbereit."
