"Es un hotel familiar y eso se nota. La amabilidad y la humildad de la señora mayor que me atendió. Se nota que es una gran persona. No tenía desayuno incluido y me ofreció un café y un té como cortesía. Ese detalle se agradece muchísimo. Perdí la llave de la habitación en mi ruta de Old Goris y no hubo ningún problema ni mala cara. Se solucionó rápidamente. Limpieza impecable. Wifi muy buena. TV con bastantes canales (hasta pude ver un partido de fútbol de la liga española)."

"The location is good. It is close to restaurants and the town center. They kept turning on the heater all day. We really appreciated it because it was chilly during our stay. They washed and dried our clothes for 2000AMD."
"The smell of cigarettes came from the hallway into our room. The doorknob of the entrance door fell off because the screws were loose. The doorknob of the shower room door had the same problem. Water in the toilet kept running. There seemed to be a problem with the stopper in the water tank."

You can have a dip in the pool, do a big bbq, explore the nearby canyon or just relax at one of many cozy places. Olya and her family are perfect hosts, very good communication and so nice! We stayed one more night than planned because we loved it so much."
