"La ubicación... en el mismo centro de Gyumri. A 3 minutos andando de Vardanants Square - Ayuntamiento. Limpieza... excelente. Wifi... muy buena. TV"

"Habitación 12 (consta de dos pisos)... escaleras muy empinadas y peligrosas para subir a la habitación ((mucho cuidado al subir y bajar las escaleras... muy muy empinadas)). Faltaría una cortina o una persiana en la ventana de la cama (en el piso superior) porque la luz del pasillo no deja dormir (creo que apagan la luz a las 12 de la noche) pero es muy molesta y te impide dormir. Sería de 10... si tuviera "Desayuno Incluido"."

"The breakfast was good, but it starts a bit late for travellers at 9am. Location was excellent - close to the town centre and next door the Roman spa. Good restaurant , sauna and swimming pool available - to rest and enjoy facilities while waiting for early morning flight"

"-The floor of my room was not cleaned properly (there was dust and hair on the floor) -My room (Nr.112) was beside toilent in ground floor and I coulf hear the door noise whenever someone used the toilet -My bathroom was very smelly -There was a window beside my bed that was toward ground floor hall, unfortunately i could not sleep well because of the light behind the window -If you have a big suticase, it is difficult to carry your stuff to the lobby, because there is only stairs"

"The room was spacious, I booked tripple room. Breakfast was good. Thanks to the helpful staff. Water in swimming pool was warm, sauna super hot. All hotel area including rooms were clean. The price for the hotel location and service super."

"Nice and reasonably priced hotel. Small but cosy « economic » room, with a single bed at upper floor. It is nice, should you do not have vertigo when climbing the very high ladder with narrow steps ! Good breakfast in a large room with distinguished decoration. Well located, with bars & restaurants around."
