"Еще до заселения персонал быстро отвечал на мои сообщения и учел все мои пожелания при заселении.Персонал рецепции на высоте!Знание английского языка,компетентен,приветлив и отзывчив. Расположение фантастическое,вид из омега либо на горы либо на море,рядом набережная,множество кафе и ресторанов. Номера хорошие и оснащены всем необходимым. Есть лифт. Завтрак вкусный но однообразный,каждый день было одно и тоже. Свой частный пляж,за каждым номером закреплены свои шезлонги-жто очень удобно.Шезлонги удобные и новые."
"Очень половое впечатление осталось после женщин которые убирали комнаты.Хамовитые,выгоняли из комнат с 9:00.Хоть завтрак до 9:00 и постояльцам хочется зайти в номер,переодеться на пляж.Входили в комнату без проса и начинали убирать.После жалобы на это репции,смотрели косо на нас и что то говорили на албанском-это было ужасно неприятно.Особенно «зло» черноволосая уборщица 6го этажа!Если на столько не любишь свою работу и людей то лучше смени ее!"

"Fui em regime de meia-pensão, o pequeno-almoço é razoável quanto ao jantar não tem diversidade, e não compensa ir neste regime para a Albânia porque os restaurantes são muito em conta. Quanto ao STAFF, existia 1 ou 2 funcionários simpáticos."
