"I slept in a big dorm (allone) so I had plenty of space. I liked the old furniture and the partly original historic wall patterns. Clean facilities, very friendly staff and every morning a rich albanian breakfast down at the coffee shop. The hostel is situated direct at the roundabout where busses leave to Tirana and where the friendly tourist information is."

The service was outstanding—Arselda was always available to answer our questions and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Her hospitality really stood out. "Beautiful historic property with brand new bathrooms. Air conditioning provided. Lots of space in the room. Staff was excellent and allowed us to leave our bags for a couple hours after checking out while we walked around the town. The location is perfect as it is central and close to busses. Did not eat any of the food at the restaurant, so can't comment on that. Great value."

"Since there is a bar right next door, it was pretty noisy at night. The lighting in the room was a bit dim."

"The room and the garden and the building itself are quite special, this used to be a museum and was turned into a guest house, the feeling of an old house in the good sense, arranged with all the convenience needed. The garden is big enough to keep the street sounds in the background while the location is very central and good. Breakfast was fine and good value for money, They just forgot to bring bread which was a bit funny considering the butter and jam served.. Must be a mistake.. We didn't leave hungry this way or another! The staff were really helpful, nice and young Which was refreshing"
