"La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy buena, muy amable y servicial. La llegada es flexible y autónoma con cerraduras y códigos. Está en las afueras de Berat, en coche llegas en 10-15min. Sin coche no lo recomiendo. Tienes toda una casa con aparcamiento privado protegido. La casa es grande con salón amplio y cocina abierta con muchos utensilios para cocinar. Los dormitorios limpios y con camas cómodas. El baño estaba muy bien también, aunque con la típica ducha albanesa sin cortinas dónde salpicas todo el suelo de agua. Hay lavadora buena y tendedero. La mesa de ping-pong es un extra divertido."

"La cocina no estaba muy limpia, todo un poquito cubierto de grasa y ligera suciedad. Iría bien una limpieza a fondo. El vecindario parece un poco abandonado y no emite seguridad, pero al tener verjas con cerraduras te sientes protegido tú y tu coche."

"Very nice, spacious and well-equipped house in a peaceful neighbourhood of Berat! Excellent value for the money! It's about 10-minute car ride to the historic center of Berat, but the surrounding of the house itself has a cool countryside vibe. It has a big garden with lemon and orange trees to enjoy the evenings or breakfast and if you're lucky you can catch the herd of goats passing by in the evening hours. And there's a ping-pong table!;)"

"This was the best place we stayed in Albania. The villa is in a quiet area about 4 km from the Castle and also from the city center. The accommodation is private with views of the surrounding hills, a garden, a big room with table tennis, a fully equipped kitchen, just all positives. Even though we did not meet the owner he always responded and communication was great, thank you!"

"Everything. House is located at quiet place near city of Berat. For very fair price you get complete house with garden and privacy since it is unlocked with pin and you can adjust arrival time late night. Inside of house is well equipped kitchen , 2 bedrooms ( twin bed + 2 small beds ) , dining room , bathroom. Everything is well furnitured and very very clean. Hosts were available at given number and assisted us during our arrival time."

"We had a very pleasant stay in a big house with plenty of parking space and a big garden with a nice lemon tree. The communication was a perfect one, the host is a very kind and responsive person. Internet is working well, the neighborhood is quiet. There is really nothing missing."

"We liked the accommodation. Everything was handled remotely. Perfect communication, everything was clear and everything worked. The accommodation is on the outskirts of the town, so a car is a necessity. Well-equipped, with everything needed on site, including a washing machine, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. The distance to the town is about four kilometers; we walked it several times, and it was fine. The host was very communicative."
