"Lo mejor, las vistas de la ría de Dubai y del Downtown desde la terraza de la 603 (habíamos solicitado piso alto y nos alojaron en el de arriba del todo, así que genial). La habitación es cómoda y amplia, nada que reprochar en este sentido. El wifi va perfecto. El buffet del desayuno, bastante bien. Y el personal del hotel, muy atento y servicial en todo momento. A destacar la Relaciones Públicas, una chica cubana con la que nos pudimos comunicar en español y para nosotros esto fue una cuestión importante, porque nuestro nivel de inglés es muy básico. Cerca del hotel hay dos estaciones de metro (Union y Baniyas) y la parada de los buses urbanos está casi enfrente."

"Nada destacable. La verdad es que fue una estancia de seis días y repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Por decir algo, me gustaría reseñar que fue una pena que no hubiésemos elegido la opción de cancelación gratuita (quise adelantar el pago para aprovechar un momento en el que el cambio del euro con el AED era bastante favorable). Y de este modo, no pude aprovechar una oferta que salió apenas un mes antes de nuestra estancia, con la que nos habríamos ahorrado más de 100 euros. Pero bueno, esto no fue un problema originado por el hotel, fue una decisión mía. Si hubiese reservado con cancelación gratuita, habría podido aprovechar esa oferta."

"Todo el personal super amable y atentos, lugar muy limpio y cuidado, ubicación perfecta con vistas a Dubai y cerca de los zocos. Recomendable 100% y sin duda repetiría por lo cómodo que fue todo."

"Great location. Short walk (5-10minutes) from Baniyas Metro station. Staff helped me with printing a visa document. We had room with nice creek view. We had another booking but couldn't reach Dubai because of airspace closures. They reimbursed the room rate within 1 day, no questions asked, but with a very nice email. We will certainly stay there again."

"Perfect spot in Deira. Room is clean. Easy access to local food and old Dubai style shops. Not too far from airport. Shuttle bus to the manmade beach is great for taking a short break on a quiet beach. Highly recommend paying a bit more for the creek view for best value as the view is great and can relax at the balcony. Manager is very friendly and helpful in resolving issues."

"The coffee in the morning breakfast is not good at all and below standard. Recommend to change coffee bean brand to a stand one and everything will be perfect."

"I loved the hospitality at the hotel. All staff members were exceptionally kind and ready to help, also it was very pleasant to find welcome greeting card, fruits and sweets on my arrival. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable bed, the air conditioning worked well, so I had a perfect rest. The place is very close to Gold market."

"- There could be a bigger choice at the dinner( it was only possible to choose from my 5 meals every day, one of them was sandwich and pizza. - There was a shuttle bus to a beach, but didn't know that from the beginning and discovered it at the end of my trip. So it would be good to inform the guests about it when doing check in. - There was a problem with the bathroom tap. I had to fix it many times. - Also there was a green security light in the room in the night. This disturbed me a little bit when sleeping. It wasnt possible to shut it off."
