The owner of the complex Banan personally greated and welcomed us, even asking us if we wanted, we could stay there on new years eve to see the fireworks without any extra charge. That's what you call good service."

"I have visited and stayed at this venue multiple times in the past, and it has always been quiet, relaxing, and peaceful. I do not mind pets in general; however, during this visit, the dogs present were extremely noisy. They barked for extended periods, which significantly disrupted the calm atmosphere and defeated the purpose of relaxation and isolation that this venue is known for. Additionally, I was surprised and concerned to learn that there is even a slight possibility of dogs being brought into private hot tubs or shared swimming pools within the facility. This raises serious hygiene and health concerns and is, in my view, entirely inappropriate for such spaces. I would strongly suggest that guests traveling with pets be accommodated in separate or designated units, with clearly segregated hot tubs and pool facilities. While this may seem strict, I believe it would be an effective solution to preserve hygiene standards and ensure a comfortable experience for all guests. Thank you for taking this feedback into consideration."

"The decor throughout is so cute 😍. Reminded me of Bali. Rustic and artsy. The hot tub was nice and warm, lovely for chilling in in the evening as the nights are now colder. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good."

"The Greecian vibes- the lil swings everywhere, the cozy cabanas and sunbeds, omg the staff- special shoutout to Annette, Seela and Lisa the sweetest staff, always so helpful & obliging, access to the beach was very close, the fact that you can bring your pet doggies! Beautiful, rustic, relaxing place !"

"Should look into All-inclusive packages and cancellation options on Booking.com. Bar can be better managed too with a dedicated bar man/woman and good music. Otherwise a great place - will def come back!"
